Lyric Stratton is a performing artist, pursuing a career in creating art, connecting with others, and non-stop learning. She is a passionate, hard working performer, constantly seeking new ways to grow and improve in every aspect of life while continuing to lift others up. Whether she’s on the stage, teaching at her home dance studio, or watching from the audience, Lyric cannot envision any version of her life that does not involve the performing arts.

Recently…
Lyric just completed her run of Legally Blonde as Elle Woods on the Walt Disney Stage at the Dr Phillips Center!
Elle has always been an absolute dream role for Lyric and she had the most fun bringing her to life! This was definitely the most rewarding thing she has done, so far. Through this beast of a show, Lyric strengthened relationships with every person on the cast, crew, and creative team, but most importantly, she learned to be unapologetically herself. Elle granted Lyric the gift of true self acceptance and confidence, and she is so excited to continue to enrich her life through the arts.
It was a tearful goodbye, but she knows that what’s meant for her won’t miss her, and hopes to reconnect with Woods, Elle in her future!

Coming up!
Lyric is thrilled to announce that she will be achieving her first internship opportunity this summer! Lyric will be joining the acting intern company at New London Barn Playhouse for their summer season.
She will be performing as Inga in Young Frankenstein, as well as ensemble in Chicago and Escape to Margaritaville. She has always wanted to work at the Barn, and can’t wait to become a Barnie!
